Twice we’ve been at Lido’s pizza. Both times we’ve enjoyed ourselves completely.
After years of disappointing pizza and customer service from other local pizzerias (Papa John's, Dominos, and Seasons), Ledos is my only choice after three great experiences in the last month. Love the crust, sauce, and toppings. I won't go anywhere else. Also, the manager is friendly and vivacious and really enjoyed her service and attitude.
I love Ledo. This location was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have drink specials and nice seating area.
The second time ordering from this location, they did a great job both times. Today with the pick up the customer service or appreciation of business was nice, it’s a Mom and Pop kind of place. He went out of his way asking how many people were eating, to make sure we had enough plates, napkins, pepper flakes and parmesan. I appreciated it, Thank you. I grew up with the Ledo’s on Kent Island, happy to see you all continuing to grow ; )
We dined in here during busy hours. Everyone was very kind and helpful when greeting us and explaining their setup (you order in line and they bring food to you, you serve your own fountain drinks). The food is affordable, delicious, and nostalgic. My only complaint is that my lasagna could have used a bit more pasta, it was mostly cheese, but I still loved it!
I'd say overall, pretty good. Ssoooooo happy to see a chain restaurant incorporate halal. I literally just heard 2 days ago, Ledo now has beef pepperoni & sure enough went to grab a beef pepperoni pizza for the Ravens game. Also ordered the Mike's hot honey old bay wings w/ Bleu cheese. Pretty good also.
I like my pizza well done...so evn tho i had to have it returned to the oven-twice- the crew was very kind and accomodating (no eye-rolling or expelling of heavy air,.like SOME quick-serve establishments) Great crew!
I ordered from here a month ago on a Saturday and it was great but tonight it was too greasy and not cut plus one pizza was too soft underneath. Thank you for crediting us with two new pizzas we went and ate in restaurant this time and it was much better the manager was very accommodating.
